Head-to-Head Double-Elimination Pistol Shoot

Attention Pistol Shooters!

A head-to-head double-elimination pistol competition will be held at Battlefield Shooting Range north of Collinsville, MS, on December 9th. In this tournament-style competition, shooters will be bracketed and compete against each other in a race to hit all steel targets before their opponent. Shooters who lose a set will be placed in a loser’s bracket, and each shooter will continue competing until they have lost twice.

Registration will begin at 8:30AM and will cost $10 per entry for range members and $20 for non-members. A basic safety briefing will begin at 9AM with the competition to follow. Equipment requirements include eye & ear protection, a holstered pistol of caliber 9mm or greater with at least two magazines and sufficient ammunition for multiple runs (approximately a full magazine per run, minimum). Ammunition requirements will depend on turnout, progression, and, naturally, your personal shooting proficiency!

Note: this will *not* be a PCC match.

Barring inclement weather we look forward to seeing everyone there! If you’ve been before, we hope you can make it again; if you’ve never been, you are welcome to come! If you just want to check it out, just bring eye and ear protection.
